Optoelectronic Information-Power Technologies| Summary: | A brief theoretical description of the processes of forming polarization maps of the azimuth and ellipticity of the multiple scattered component of the object field of the muscle tissue biopsy of rat stab wounds is presented. A series of polarization maps of ellipticity of digital microscopic images of the biopsy field of damaged and regenerated muscle tissue of rat stab wounds was obtained using the Muller-matrix Stokes polarimetry method. A wavelet transformation of polarization maps of ellipticity of digital microscopic images of the biopsy field of damaged and regenerated muscle tissue of rat stab wounds was implemented. Statistical, correlational and fractal wavelet markers for detecting the degree of regeneration of damaged biological tissues have been determined. Directions for further research by applying the principles of laser-induced autofluorescence polarimetry are given. |
