The article is devoted to the development of the information reflection concept within the educational electronic information environment (EEIE) as an information ecosystem. The study explores the adaptation of information reflection and SAMR models for the effective implementation of the ideology and tools of the electronic university. The basic principles of constructing an educational information ecosystem are determined, specifically the automation and digitalization of educational and management processes. It is substantiated that the synthesis of systems theory, the information reflection concept, and modern management theories allows for the formation of self-organized educational institutions and the implementation of transformative digital technologies.
