The development of methods for determining the concentration of drugs in the focus of the disease during their delivery is an urgent task. In this work, a new method for determining the concentration of chemical drugs in the biological substance based on the principles of magnetochemistry is proposed and substantiated. The method allows determining the concentration of the drug as a result of measuring the concentration of magnetic nanoparticles, on which a known amount of the chemical drug is attached. As a result of calculations and model experimental studies, the possibility of using acoustomagnetic influence on the biological substance for remote, highly sensitive determination of the concentration of magnetic nanoparticles in local areas of biological matter has been established. |
