Optoelectronic Information-Power Technologies| Zusammenfassung: | The article considers the problem of individual selection of diet and lifestyle for patients with atopic dermatitis in order to reduce the risk of exacerbations and severity of skin inflammatory processes. Based on the analysis of modern scientific sources, key nutrients (omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, antioxidants) and non-drug factors (probiotics, stress reduction techniques, physical activity) that can affect the state of the skin barrier and the level of inflammation are identified. A mathematical optimization model is proposed in which nutritional components and behavioral factors are presented as variables with different contributions to the "risk of inflammation". The use of the linear programming method made it possible to determine a combination of factors that minimizes the conditional inflammation index while simultaneously ensuring the necessary level of beneficial nutrients. The modeling results showed that stress-reducing practices (meditation, walking) have the greatest impact on reducing inflammatory manifestations, while the role of dietary components is optimized by maintaining their sufficient, but not excessive, level. The proposed approach can be used as a basis for developing personalized lifestyle and nutritional recommendations for patients with atopic dermatitis. |
