У статті запропоновано практичне рішення для інтелектуального розподілу задач із використанням ШІ шляхом зіставлення навичок, необхідних для вирішення задачі, з навичками доступних агентів. Виконано його порівняльний аналіз з традиційними методами розподілу задач. Результати тестування підтверджують високу точність і адаптивність запропонованого підходу, що робить його придатним для сучасних компаній, які шукають просте у впровадженні та гнучке у використанні рішення.
