Description
Summary:The results of experimental testing of the azimuthally invariant Mueller-matrix microscopy method for polycrystalline blood films of deceased persons with algorithmic reconstruction of the coordinate distributions of circular birefringence (optical activity) of supramolecular networks are presented. Within the framework of statistical analysis, a set of diagnostic markers (asymmetry and kurtosis of the coordinate distributions of circular birefringence) sensitive to changes in the polycrystalline structure of supramolecular networks of blood films of the deceased with different durations since COVID-19 was identified. The diagnostic power of the azimuthally invariant Mueller-matrix microscopy method for polycrystalline blood films of the deceased was established at the level of 91%.
