Проведена оценка состояния и результатов деятельности промышленных предприятий в Украине и областях Западного региона по основным показателям в течение 2010—2015 гг. Определены основные положительные и негативные экономические тенденции развития промышленной деятельности, экономические проблемы функционирования и развития промышленного производства на современном этапе. Предложены меры по обеспечению и повышению уровня конкурентоспособности отечественного промышленного производства в условиях свободной торговли между Украиной и Европейским Союзом. Проведено оцінку стану і результатів діяльності промислових підприємств в Україні та областях Західного регіону за основними показниками упродовж 2010—2015 рр. Визначено основні позитивні і негативні економічні тенденції розвитку промислової діяльності. Окреслено основні економічні проблеми функціонування і розвитку промислового виробництва на сучасному етапі. Запропоновано заходи із забезпечення і підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного промислового виробництва в умовах вільної торгівлі між Україною та Європейським Союзом. V.
