Economics and Law| Резюме: | The author believes that the human resource management technology is a set of methods and techniques, which allow a systematic and consistent implementation of management procedures and operations to achieve clearly defined or expected goals. The study has shown, that the classification of effective human resource management technologies should be based on the systems theory, according to which this technology is considered as a sequence of activities combined in the system. The findings confirm that HR management techniques should be applied at all stages of company’s management cycle.
