| description | This article analyzes changes in the conceptual approaches to managing the development of chemical industry in Ukraine. The author studied changes in priorities of innovation and investment development of chemical manufacturing and grounded the conceptual implementation issues of neo-industrial development model. It is concluded that two strategic directions should be prioritized: (1) re-industrialization, i.e., technical and technological modernization of traditional enterprises of basic chemistry (2) creating high-tech small tonnage enterprises in special and fine chemistry segments using innovative technologies and based on energy/ecological efficiency.

Проанализировано изменение концептуальных подходов к стратегическому управлению развитием химической промышленности Украины. Исследована трансформация приоритетов инновационно-инвестиционного развития химического производства. Обоснованы концептуальные вопросы реализации неоиндустриальной модели развития отрасли. Сделан вывод о приоритетности двух стратегических направлений: реиндустриализации, т. е. технико-технологической модернизации традиционных производств базовой химии, и создании наукоемких малотоннажных производств в сегментах специальной и "тонкой" химии на основе инновационных технологий, энерго- и экологической эффективности. Проаналізовано зміну концептуальних підходів до стратегічного управління розвитком хімічної промисловості України. Досліджено трансформацію пріоритетів інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку хімічного виробництва. Обґрунтовано концептуальні положення щодо реалізації неоіндустріальної моделі розвитку галузі. Зроблено висновок про пріоритетність двох стратегічних напрямів: реіндустріалізації, тобто техніко-технологічної модернізації традиційних виробництв базової хімії, та створенні наукоємних малотоннажних виробництв у сегментах спеціальної і "тонкої" хімії на основі інноваційних технологій, енерго- і екологічної ефективності.
