Обозначены решения актуальных вопросов местного самоуправления и совершенствования национальной нормативно-правовой базы. С учетом исторического опыта обоснована роль финансовой базы регионов в процедуре определения доли в доходах государства. Визначені основні та найважливіші аспекти регіонального управління. Проаналізовано ефективність управління і використання державної власності. Визначено шляхи вирішення актуальних питань місцевого самоврядування та вдосконалення національної нормативно-правової бази. З урахуванням історичного досвіду обґрунтовано роль фінансової бази регіонів у процедурі визначення частки в доходах держави. V.
