Economics and Law| Summary: | The article examines the questions of organization and tactics of actions of the investigator determined the relationship between these concepts disclosed forms of organization, main activities and objectives of the preliminary investigation. According to the author, during the investigation of criminal offenses in the area of security of great importance is the interaction of the investigator with the regulatory authorities: the National Commission, which carries out the state regulation of financial services markets, the Motor (transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, the State Service for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine, the Audit Service of Ukraine, commercial banks and other public bodies.
