| description | The article deals with the problems of development of renewable energy sources. The practice of European countries regarding the provision of state aid for the development of renewable energy sources was investigated. Recent trends researched sphere were analyzed. In order to improve normative provision in the field of horizontal state aid, changes to the legislation were proposed.

Проанализированы последние тенденции исследованной сферы. С целью совершенствования нормативного обеспечения в области горизонтальной государственной помощи предложены изменения в законодательство. Розглянуто проблеми розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії, досліджено практику європейських країн щодо надання державної допомоги для розвитку відновлювальних джерел енергії. Проаналізовано останні тенденції дослідженої сфери. З метою вдосконалення нормативного забезпечення у сфері горизонтальної державної допомоги, запропоновано зміни до законодавства. V.
