Economics and Law| Резюме: | The provisions of the draft law "On financial restructuring" are analyzed in the article. The feasibility of its adoption and compliance with the requirements of the times and the law determined. The inappropriateness of resolving the issues concerning financial restructuring in a separate legal act justified. The analysis and improvement of current legislation on these issues are proposed.
