Проанализировано действующее законодательство Украины о реализации корпоративных прав территориальных общин и проблемы, возникающие в процессе их осуществления. По результатам исследования внесены предложения об усовершенствовании Хозяственного кодекса Украины, законодательства, регулирующего деятельность субъектов хозяйствования коммунального сектора экономики. Проаналізовано чинне законодавство Украіни щодо реалізації корпоративних прав територіальних громад та проблеми, що виникають у процесі їх здійснення. За результатами дослідження внесено пропозиції з вдосконалення Господарського кодексу Украіни, законодавства, яке регулює діяльність суб’єктів господарювання комунального сектору економіки. V.
