In the article the problems of infrastructure provision of supporting the small business development in eastern Ukraine are researched and the creation of support services for business development in the Luhansk region is suggested. The aims, stages, results of creation and functioning of support services for business development in the Luhansk region is determined. Chronology of events concerning the existing in stitutions popularization of business support infrastructure in the Lugansk region and characteristics of sustainable effect from the creation and functioning of the service is given.
