In the article the problems of infrastructure provision of supporting the small business development in eastern Ukraine are researched and the creation of support services for business development in the Luhansk region is suggested. The aims, stages, results of creation and functioning of support services for business development in the Luhansk region is determined. Chronology of events concerning the existing in stitutions popularization of business support infrastructure in the Lugansk region and characteristics of sustainable effect from the creation and functioning of the service is given. В статье исследованы проблемы инфраструктурного обеспечения поддержки развития малого бизнеса на востоке Украины, предложено создание Службы поддержки развития бизнеса в Луганской области. Определены цели, этапы и результаты создания и функционирования Службы поддержки развития бизнеса в Луганской области. Приведена хронология мероприятий по популяризации действующих институтов инфраструктуры поддержки бизнеса в Луганском регионе и характеристики устойчивого эффекта от создания и работы этой службы. У статті досліджено проблеми інфраструктурного забезпечення підтримки розвитку малого бізнесу на сході України, запропоновано створення Служби підтримки розвитку бізнесу у Луганській області. Визначено мету, етапи і результати створення та функціонування Служби підтримки розвитку бізнесу у Луганській області. Наведено хронологію заходів щодо популяризації інституцій інфраструктури підтримки бізнесу, які діють у Луганському регіоні, та характеристики сталого ефекту від створення та роботи цієї служби. V.
