Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | The problems of Donbass economic recovery, eliminate the effects of the destruction of its infrastructure and the production sector are revealed. Substantiated proposals for amendments to some legislative acts that could serve as a basis for activation of law-making work in the context of the development of legal measures to stimulate the economy and improve Donbass, in general, the legal provision of economic self-sufficiency of the Ukrainian regions.
