Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | The essence of such a condition the onset of economic and legal responsibility as a causal link between the unlawful conduct and wrongful loss in disputes for damages caused to economic entities by unlawful decisions, actions or omissions of public authorities, local governments, their officials, public servants in the exercise of authority. Analyzed the theory of causality, are listed some examples of judicial practice, which illustrate the problems. It is proposed to generalize the judicial practice of establishing causation in commercial disputes for damages in the appropriate newsletter higher courts for a more objective consideration of disputes in this category.
