Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents elaborated scientific and methodical bases for providing the mechanism of diagnostics of a regional society. It is proved that the mechanism should be based on scientifically justified elements, logically determined structure, and schemes of their actions, interactions and relationships. The content of the above mechanism is a set of organizational, information and managerial interrelated consequent actions designed to identify trends in the development of reproduction of social life of the population in order to develop the efficient stabilization strategies for the economic and social development of the region.
