Economics and Law| Summary: | The article substantiates the main directions of improvement of the personnel management structure of communal enterprises as a strategic imperative for the development of a city management system. The influence of improvement of the personnel management structure on the development of the management system of municipal enterprises of the city is analyzed. The conclusion is made on the need to improve the efficiency of utility companies in order to bring them to European standards based on the improvement of the personnel management structure.
