The paper focuses on the need to find new ways of ensuring the effective organization of labor of machine- operators at the machine-building enterprises. The main factors influencing the level of labor organization are distinguished. The modern experience in establishing a comprehensive evaluation of labor organization was generalized, and the model of effective organization of labor of machine-operators at the machine-building enterprise is offered.
