Major consequences entailed by this phenomenon for the country’s economy are considered, as well as typical tax crimes having a harmful effect on the financial system of the country, including Poland. The simple and clear rules of relations between tax payers and tax bodies are offered. Рассмотрены различные подходы к определению понятия "теневая экономика". Указано на необходи­мость измерения теневой экономики. Проведён анализ главных причин появления и развития теневой эконо­мики. Рассмотрены основные последствия этого явле­ния для экономики страны, типичные налоговые пре­ступления, имеющие пагубное влияние на финансовую систему страны, в т.ч. Польши. Предложены простые и понятные правила отношений между налогоплательщи­ком и налоговыми органами. Розглянуто різні підходи до визначення поняття "тіньова економіка". Звертається увага на необхідність виміру тіньової економіки. Розглянуто основні наслідки цього явища для економіки країни, відповідну увагу також приділено типовим податковим злочинам, що мають негативний вплив на фінансову систему країни, у т.ч. у Польщі. Запропоновано прості і зрозуміли пра­вила відносин між платником податків і податковими органами. V.
