Economics and Law| Zusammenfassung: | Liberalization of economic relations strengthens regional disparities. The real factor of such distinctions becomes the economic rent. The paper considers the measure (means for measuring) and the characteristics (quantitative and qualitative) of its origin. It is offered, that the possible instrument for prevention of regional disparities should become the system of criteria for the proper estimation of the economic rent.
