Problems of management and regulation of the oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine are considered. Taking into account the international experience in functioning of the oil-and-gas complex under market conditions, possible ways of developing the oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine are defined, and the recommendations and measures are given to enhance the level of its functioning in the perspective period. Рассмотрены проблемы управления и регулиро­вания развитием нефтегазового комплекса Украины. С учетом международного опыта функционирования нефтегазового комплекса в рыночных услови­ях определены возможные пути развития нефтега­зового комплекса Украины, а также предложены рекомендации и мероприятия по повышению уров­ня его функционирования в будущем периоде. Розглянуто проблеми управління та регулюван­ня розвитком нафтогазового комплексу України. З урахуванням міжнародного досвіду функціонування нафтогазового комплексу в ринкових умовах визна­чено можливі шляхи розвитку нафтогазового ком­плексу України, а також запропоновано рекомендації та заходи щодо підвищення ефективності його діяльності в майбутньому періоді.
