Исследовано правовое регулирование приватизационных отношений в угольной отрасли Украины, а также перспективное законодательство во взаимосвязи с анализом внутренних и внешних экономических факторов, которые являются препятствиями для развертывания приватизационных процессов в отрасли. Предложено разработать Концепцию модернизации угольного законодательства и его адаптации к современным условиям хозяйствования, отдельным разделом которой необходимо предусмотреть урегулирование особенностей приватизации в угольной отрасли. Досліджено правове регулювання приватизаційних відносин у вугільній галузі України, а також перспективне законодавство в поєднанні з аналізом внутрішніх і зовнішніх економічних факторів, що є перешкодами розгортання приватизаційних процесів у галузі. Запропоновано розробити Концепцію модернізації вугільного законодавства та його адаптації до сучасних умов господарювання, окремим розділом якої необхідно передбачити врегулювання особливостей приватизації у вугільній галузі.
