Рассмотрены проблемы правового обеспечения функционирования рынка электроэнергии. Дан анализ действующего законодательства и предложе­ны пути его дальнейшего развития в условиях ре­формирования рынка электроэнергии. Розглянуто проблеми правового забезпечення функціонування ринку електроенергії. Проведено аналіз чинного законодавства, запропоновано шля­хи його подальшого розвитку в умовах реформуван­ня ринку електроенергії. V.
