Lubimov, I.M. The article investigates provisions of the legislation that defines economic jurisdiction of state-owned enterprises. The proposals are grounded to specify economic jurisdiction of state-owned enterprises and work out the classification of rights and duties of such enterprises on the basis of specific features of their jurisdiction defined. Исследованы положения законодательства, определяющего хозяйственную компетенцию государственных предприятий. Обоснованы предложения по уточнению содержания хозяйственной компетенции государственных предприятий с разработкой классификации прав и обязанностей таких предприятий на основе выявленных особенностей их компетенции. Досліджено положення законодавства, що визначає господарську компетенцію державних підприємств. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо уточнення змісту господарської компетенції державних підприємств із розробкою класифікації прав і обов’язків таких підприємств на основі виявлених особливостей їх компетенції.
