Economics and Law| Summary: | The essence of the concept organizational-economic mechanism is investigated in the article. The theoretical basis of the renewed organizational and economic mechanism for managing innovation development in the region is disclosed. It is established that the organizational and economic mechanisms for managing the innovative development of the regions can be divided into groups. It is noted that the implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of regions in Ukraine involves the use of a set of resources and is associated with certain risks due to changes in external and internal factors. The results of expert evaluation of economic, social, technological and organizational risks are presented.
