The problems, priorities and stages of harmonization of the institutional environment functioning energy markets Ukraine and the EU subject to the acceptable level of national energy security. Представлены оценка современного уровня имплементации международных обязательств Украины и дорожная карта дальнейшего совершенствования национального энергетического законодательства.  Здійснено аналіз стану імплементації у національне правове поле європейських нормативних актів у сфері енергетики та енергоефективності в рамках виконання положень Договору про заснування Енергетичного співтовариства та Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та Європейським Союзом. Визначені проблеми, пріоритетні напрями та етапи гармонізації інституційного середовища функціонування ринків енергоресурсів України та ЄС з урахуванням дотримання прийнятного рівня національної енергетичної безпеки. Представлені оцінка сучасного рівня імплементації міжнародних зобов’язань України та дорожня карта подальшого удосконалення національного енергетичного законодавства. V.
