The article presents consideration of the problem of correlation of the civil law and land law when regulating land relations including the relations arising in the land lease. Main directions for adjusting the civil law and land law when making the land lease contract are defined.

Рассмотрен вопрос о согласовании гражданского и земельного законодательства в регулировании земельных отношений, в том числе отношений, возникающих при аренде земельных участков. Определены основные направления согласования земельного и гражданского законодательства при заключении договора найма (аренды) земельного участка. Розглянуто питання про узгодження цивільного та земельного законодавства при регулюванні земельних відносин, у тому числі відносин, що виникають при оренді земельних ділянок. Визначено основні напрями узгодження земельного та цивільного законодавства при укладенні договору найма (оренди) земельної ділянки. V.
