In addition, in this way, to a certain extent, the well-known statement that modern science is based on the achievements of predecessors and on the cooperation of contemporaries is justified. In the opinion of the author, such historical discourses could be fully justified and connected with such a significant date as the 90th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which was recently celebrated. |

Читатели журнала уже смогли заметить, что на его страницах раз от раза появляются материалы, освещающие те или иные исторические аспекты по исследованиям экономики и права. Это, безусловно, обогащает процесс научного обсуждения актуальных проблем. К тому же таким образом в определенной степени оправдывается известное высказывание о том, что современная наука основывается на достижениях предшественников и на кооперации современников. По мнению автора, подобные исторические дискурсы полностью оправдано можно было бы связать и с такой знаменательной датой, как 90-летие Национальной академии наук Украины, которая недавно была отпразднована. Читачі журналу вже змогли помітити, що на його сторінках раз від разу з’являються матеріали, які висвітлюють ті чи інші історичні аспекти з досліджень економіки і права. Це, безумовно, збагачує процес наукового обговорення актуальних проблем сьогодення. До того ж таким чином певною мірою виправдовується відоме висловлювання про те, що сучасна наука ґрунтується на досягненнях попередників і на кооперації сучасників. На думку автора, подібні історичні дискурси цілковито виправдано було б пов’язати і з такою знаменною датою, як 90річчя Національної академії наук України, яка була відсвяткована нещодавно. V.
