The activity of antimonopoly authorities on prevention of violations of the legislation on economic competition protection has been considered and systematized. The experience in guidelines issuance as to questions of undertakings’ actions compliance with antimonopoly-competitive legislation has been generalized. On the basis of this generalization propositions on improvement of legal regulation have been worked out. Рассмотрена и систематизирована деятельность антимонопольных органов по предупреждению нарушений законодательства о защите экономической конкуренции. На основании обобщения опыта предоставления рекомендационных разъяснений относительно соответствия действий субъектов хозяйствования антимонопольно-конкурентному законодательству разработаны предложения по повышению эффективности их правового регулирования. Розглянуто та систематизовано діяльність антимонопольних органів, яка спрямована на запобігання порушенням законодавства про захист економічної конкуренції. На підставі узагальнення досвіду надання рекомендаційних роз’яснень щодо відповідності дій суб’єктів господарювання антимонопольно-конкурентному законодавству розроблено пропозиції стосовно підвищення ефективності їх правового регулювання.
