Proposals on improvement of holding companies creation are well-grounded and possible additions to certain normative and legal acts which regulate some questions connected with creation of holding companies in Ukraine are offered. Исследованы процесс образования холдинговых компаний в Украине, особенности нормативно-правового регулирования указанного процесса. Обоснованы предложения по усовершенствованию образования холдинговых компаний, предложены варианты дополнений к определенным нормативно-правовым актам, которые регулируют отдельные вопросы образования холдинговых компаний в Украине. Досліджено процес утворення холдингових компаній в Україні, особливості нормативно-правового регулювання зазначеного процесу. Обґрунтовано пропозиції з удосконалення утворення холдингових компаній, запропоновано варіанти доповнень до певних нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють окремі питання утворення холдингових компаній в Україні.
