Рассмотрены проблемы влияния регуляторной политики на развитие предпринимательства. Даны предложения по дальнейшему совершенствованию регуляторной среды в условиях введения в Украине комплекса законодательных актов по регулированию разрешительной системы, лицензированию и контролю в сфере хозяйственной деятельности. Розглянуто проблеми впливу регуляторної політики на розвиток підприємництва. Надано пропозиції щодо подальшого вдосконалення регуляторного середовища в умовах введення в Україні комплексу законодавчих актів щодо регулювання дозвільної системи, ліцензування й контролю у сфері господарської діяльності.
