Рассмотрены проблемы, касающиеся функций государственного регулирования корпоративной деятельности через систему национальных институций, а также с применением международных регуляторов современного институционального развития, которые порождаются реалиями современных процессов интернационализации и становления информационной экономики, требованиями глобальной конкурентной среды. Проведен критический обзор теоретических подходов, разработок ученых и специалистов по данной проблеме. Розглянуто питання щодо функцій державного регулювання корпоративної діяльності через систему національних інституцій, а також із застосуванням міжнародних регуляторів сучасного інституційного розвитку, які породжуються реаліями сучасних процесів інтернаціоналізації і становлення інформаційної економіки, вимогами глобального конкурентного середовища. Проведено критичний огляд наявних теоретичних підходів, розробок вчених і спеціалістів за даною проблемою. V.
