Рассмотрены проблемы контроля реализации стратегии эффективного функционирования регионального рынка труда. Выделены параметры и критерии, которые подлежат контролю. Предложены организационные основы контроля реализации стратегии эффективного функционирования рынка труда, которые позволяют рассматривать его как систему и процесс наблюдения и регулирования отдельных видов деятельности. Розглянуто проблеми контролю реалізації стратегії ефективного функціонування регіонального ринку праці. Виділено параметри і критерії, що підлягають контролю. Запропоновано організаційні засади контролю реалізації стратегії ефективного функціонування регіонального ринку праці, які дозволяють розглядати його як систему і процес спостерігання та регулювання окремих видів діяльності.
