Исследованы проблемы переговорного процесса по выработке международного соглашения взаимодействий по проблеме изменения климата после 2012 г. Проведен анализ последних изменений в законодательстве относительно стратегии снижения уровня выбросов парниковых газов в Украине. Предложен подход к формированию национальной системы регулирования выбросов парниковых газов в условиях финансового и экономического кризиса в Украине. Досліджено проблеми переговорного процесу з формування міжнародної угоди взаємодій із проблеми зміни клімату після 2012 р. Проведено аналіз останніх змін у законодавстві відносно стратегії зниження рівня викидів парникових газів в Україні. Запропоновано підхід до формування національної системи регулювання викидів парникових газів в умовах фінансової та економічної кризи в Україні. V.
