The subject of water bodies lease agreement has been investigated; the legal regulation of given agreements in Ukraine has been examined. The notion of subject of water bodies lease agreement has been specified, propositions on legislation modification on use of water bodies on lease terms have been grounded, variants of additions to the Water Code of Ukraine as to different questions on the subject of water bodies lease agreement have been offered. Исследован предмет договора аренды водных объектов в Украине, рассмотрены особенности его нормативно-правового закрепления. Уточнено определение предмета договора аренды водных объектов, обоснованы предложения по усовершенствованию законодательства, регулирующего использование вод на условиях аренды, предложены варианты дополнений в Водный кодекс Украины по отдельным вопросам, касающимся предмета договора аренды водных объектов. Досліджено предмет договору оренди водних об’єктів в Україні, розглянуто особливості його нормативно-правового закріплення. Уточнено визначення предмету договору оренди водних об’єктів, обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства, яке регулює використання вод на умовах оренди, запропоновано варіанти доповнень до Водного кодексу України по окремим питанням, що стосуються предмету договору оренди водних об’єктів.
