Inyakin, V.M. The article examines changes in the structure of energy resources consumption in Ukraine. It has been determined that energy-capacity of the Ukrainian economy, especially of the industry, dropped whereas on the transport risen. At the same time, the consumption of energy resources in the agriculture and by population has decreased. The share of imported energy resources remains high while consumption of domestic coal reduces and costs for its production raise. The necessity is grounded to adopt the law on energy policy of Ukraine, to activate state regulation of energy resources production and consumption including strengthening of sanctions for their efficient consumption. Исследованы изменения в структуре потребления энергетических ресурсов в Украине. Установлено, что энергоёмкость экономики Украины, особенно промышленности, снизились, тогда как на транспорте выросла. Вместе с тем значительно уменьшилось потребление энергоресурсов в сельском хозяйстве и населением. Остаётся высокой доля импортных энергоресурсов, тогда как потребление отечественного угля снижается, а издержки на его производство существенно возрастают. Обоснована необходимость принятия в форме закона энергетической политики Украины, активизации государственного регулирования производства и использования энергоресурсов, в том числе усиления санкций за эффективное их использование. Досліджено зміни у структурі споживання енергетичних ресурсів в Україні. Встановлено, що енергоємність економіки України, особливо промисловості, знизилася, тоді як на транспорті зросла. Разом з тим дуже значно зменшилося споживання енергоресурсів у сільському господарстві й населенням. Залишається високою частка імпортних енергоресурсів, тоді як споживання вітчизняного вугілля знижується, а витрати на його виробництво істотно зростають. Обгрунтована необхідність ухвалення у формі закону енергетичної політики України, активізації державного регулювання виробництва і використання енергоресурсів, зокрема посилення санкцій щодо ефективного їх використання.
