The scheme of adequate communication between economic agents in the process of goals harmonization is proposed. Исследованы механизмы взаимодействия элементов социальной, экологической, технологической структуры региона, проведен анализ иерархии целей региональной политики в контексте герменевтики. Рассмотрены проблемы региональной политики в контексте герменевтического круга, предложен алгоритм адекватной коммуникации целей хозяйствующих субъектов региона. Досліджено механізми взаємозв’язку елементів соціальної, екологічної, технологічної структури регіону, проведено аналіз ієрархії цілей регіональної політики в контексті герменевтики. Розглянуто проблеми регіональної політики в контексті герменевтичного кола, запропоновано алгоритм адекватної комунікації цілей суб’єктів господарювання регіону. V.
