Questions of stability of the region’s autotransport system (ATSR) are considered in the article, factors of external and internal influence on its stable functioning are investigated. Strong and weak sides, problems and prospects for development of the autotransport system of the Donetsk region are exposed by using SWOT-analysis. Some proposals are presented to remove unstable functioning of ATSR subjects as basic elements of region’s infrastructure. Рассмотрены вопросы устойчивости автотранспортной системы региона, исследованы факторы внешнего и внутреннего воздействия на её устойчивое функционирование. С помощью SWOT-анализа выявлены сильные и слабые стороны, проблемы и перспективы развития автотранспортной системы Донецкого региона. Представлены некоторые предложения по устранению неустойчивого функционирования субъектов АТСР как основных элементов инфраструктуры региона. Розглянуто питання стійкості автотранспортної системи регіону. Дослідженно фактори зовнішнього і внутрішнього впливу на її стійке функціонування. За допомогою SWOT-аналізу встановлено сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та проблеми розвитку автотранспортної системи Донецького регіону. Надані деякі пропозиції з подолання нестійкого функціонування суб’єктів АТСР як основних елементів інфраструктури регіону. V.
