Одним из направлений современной теории менеджмента является развитие концепции социально-экономического потенциала организации. Применение этой концепции, как метода повышения эффективности управления высшей школой, даст ей возможность выстоять в условиях сложной и быстро меняющейся бизнес-среды. В статье рассмотрены особенности структуры, формирования и реализации социально-экономического потенциала высшей школы. Одним із напрямів сучасної теорії менеджменту є розвиток концепції соціально-економічного потенціалу організації. Застосування цієї концепції, як методу підвищення ефективності управління вищою школою, дасть змогу їй сьогодні встояти в умовах складного і мінливого бізнес-середовища. У статті розглянуто специфіку структури, реалізації та формування соціально-економічного потенціалу вищої школи. V.
