Artyuhina, M.V. The development of conception of socio-economic potential of organization is one of the tendencies in modern management theory. The use of this conception as a method of increasing effectiveness of higher educational establishment (HEE) administration gives an opportunity to the educational establishment to endure under complicated and unstable business –environment. The article considers peculiarities of structure, formation and realization of HEE’s socio_economic potential. Одним из направлений современной теории менеджмента является развитие концепции социально-экономического потенциала организации. Применение этой концепции, как метода повышения эффективности управления высшей школой, даст ей возможность выстоять в условиях сложной и быстро меняющейся бизнес-среды. В статье рассмотрены особенности структуры, формирования и реализации социально-экономического потенциала высшей школы. Одним із напрямів сучасної теорії менеджменту є розвиток концепції соціально-економічного потенціалу організації. Застосування цієї концепції, як методу підвищення ефективності управління вищою школою, дасть змогу їй сьогодні встояти в умовах складного і мінливого бізнес-середовища. У статті розглянуто специфіку структури, реалізації та формування соціально-економічного потенціалу вищої школи. V.
