Дан анализ понятия и признаков локальных нормативных актов товарных бирж, исследованы вопросы соотношения сфер регулирования законодательных и подзаконных актов с внутренними документами товарных бирж. Выявлены основные проблемные вопросы и подготовлены предложения по усовершенствованию действующего законодательства. Подано аналіз поняття та ознак локальних нормативних актів товарних бірж, досліджено питання співвідношення сфер регулювання законодавчих і підзаконних актів із внутрішніми документами товарних бірж. Виявлено основні проблемні питання й підготовлено пропозиції щодо удосконалення чинного законодавства. V.
