Features specific for preparation of materials of cases about protection of the non-property rights of managing subjects to consideration in court are investigated. Proposals on perfection of preparation of materials of affairs about protection of the non-property right of managing subjects to consideration in court of the first instance are grounded. Proposals concerning a circle of persons taking part in cases about protection of the right to signs for the goods and services are developed; the procedure of examination of a given category of affairs is offered to be specified. Исследованы особенности подготовки материалов дела о защите неимущественных прав субъектов хозяйствования к рассмотрению в суде. Обоснованы предложения по совершенствованию подготовки материалов дел о защите неимущественных прав субъектов хозяйствования к рассмотрению в суде первой инстанции. Разработаны предложения относительно круга лиц, принимающих участие в деле о защите прав на знаки для товаров и услуг, предложено уточнение порядка назначения экспертизы по рассматриваемой категории дел. Досліджено особливості підготовки матеріалів справи про захист немайнових прав суб’єктів господарювання до розгляду в суді. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення підготовки матеріалів справи про захист немайнових прав суб’єктів господарювання до розгляду в суді першої інстанції. Розроблено пропозиції відносно кола осіб, що приймають участь у справі про захист прав на знаки для товарів і послуг, запропоновано уточнення порядку призначення експертизи у розглянутій категорії справ.
