Essence and mechanism of penal sanctions application is considered for business subjects who violated treaty commitments. The ways are suggested to solve the problems arising in the process of responsibility realization in the form of imposing penal sanctions.

Рассмотрена суть и механизм действия штрафных санкций на субъект предпринимательской деятельности, нарушившего договорные обязательства. Предложены пути решения проблем, возникающих в процессе реализации ответственности в форме взыскания штрафных санкций. Розглянуто суть і механізм дії штрафних санкцій на суб’єкт підприємницької діяльності, який порушив договірні зобов’язання. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблем, які виникають у процесі реалізації відповідальності у формі стягнення штрафних санкцій. V.
