Определена сфера деятельности местных органов власти за счет формирования городской политики реализации трудовой активности населения. Розглянуто сутність трудової активності населення як важливого саморегулятора гнучкості ринку праці. Проаналізовано форми гнучкості місцевого ринку праці.
