Исходя из проведенного анализа имеющихся в научной литературе классификаций преступлений в сфере хозяйствования, предложена их классификация по двум группам. Сделан вывод о том, что условия, способствующие совершению преступлений в сфере хозяйственной деятельности, могут быть устранены в процессе постоянной модернизации законодательства в соответствии с современными реалиями экономического развития государства. Виходячи із проведеного аналізу існуючих у науковій літературі класифікацій злочинів у сфері господарювання, запропоновано їх класифікацію за двома групами. Зроблено висновок про те, що умови, які сприяють скоюванню злочинів у сфері господарської діяльності, можуть бути усунені у процесі постійної модернізації законодавства відповідно до сучасних реалій економічного розвитку держави.
