ПЕРСПЕКТИВНІ НАПРЯМИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ КОМУНАЛЬНИХ КОНЦЕСІЙ В УКРАЇНІ
The article considers modern foreign and domestic trends in the development of legal regulation of the communal concessions. Based on results of the analysis, the proposals are formulated to improve the legal regulation of concessions on the basis of units of the communal property right in Ukraine.
