The model of an organic combination of the government regulation, public sector and market selforganization has proved its effectiveness and invalidity of the state’s «nonintervention» policy into a market environment. The state creates a financial policy at a macrolevel and implements the legislative regulation of finances at a microlevel. The measures of the Chinese Government aimed at supporting the financial politic promote the revival of the Chinese and global economy. |
