The important and actual problem of definition of conditions for effective involvement of regional resources into social production is considered. The essence of the concept «institute» is investigated. The stages in the introduction of institutional conditions in the regions of Ukraine are analysed. The conclusion is made that it is impossible to use uniform approaches to management if it goes about different regions. Рассмотрена важная и актуальная проблема определения условий эффективного вовлечения региональных ресурсов в общественное производство. Исследована сущность понятия «институт». Проанализированы этапы введения институциональных условий в регионах Украины. Сделан вывод о том, что нельзя использовать единые подходы в управлении для всех областей Украины. Розглянуто важливу й актуальну проблему визначення умов ефективного залучення регіональних ресурсів до суспільного виробництва. Досліджено суть поняття «інститут». проаналізовані етапи введення інституціональних умов в регіонах України. Зроблено висновок про те, що не можна використовувати єдині підходи в управлінні для всіх областей України. V.
